The theme of this year’s International Men’s Day is “Positive male role models”.
To celebrate this day, we are bringing together some of the finest leaders in our community, who just happen to be Men of a BAME background - They will inspire, empower our male cadre by sharing their leadership journeys, the highs, lows and general tips for success.
The purpose of the conference is to:

Showcase positive male role models from the BAME community

Inspire, empower and encourage and motivate BAME Men who are Civil Servants

Build a cadre and Network of BAME men across the Civil Service.
