Donations between 8 - 23 April

Thank you so much for choosing to support YoungMinds with a donation. Unfortunately, from the 8-23 April we are unable to accept single donations through our website, due to website maintenance.

You can still make a donation today through our central JustGiving page. This will mean that your donation comes directly to YoungMinds and you will receive an email from JustGiving confirming your donation has been processed.

If you would prefer to wait until our donation page is back up and running you can email the Fundraising team at fundraising@youngminds.org.uk and as soon as the online donations are up and running on  our website, one of the team will be in touch to let you know.

If you would like to set up a monthly donation you can still do so here.

Thank you again for all of your amazing support!

You're about to do something really incredible

In the UK, an estimated five children in every classroom have a mental health problem and 80% of young people with mental health needs said the pandemic made their mental health worse. But it doesn't have to be this way - things can get better.

We provide young people with tools to look after their mental health. We empower adults to be the best support they can be to the young people in their lives. And we give young people the space and confidence to get their voices heard and change the world we live in.

Make a donation

Your donation will help create a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health.

There are times when I don't leave my bed for days at a time. YoungMinds has throughout my depressions been something that gets me out of bed, it's a reason to continue.

How your donations make a difference

Here are just a few ways that your support can help young people and their families.

  • £15

£15 could help ensure our Parents Helpline continues to provide advice and support to a parent worried about their child.

  • £30

£30 could help train a young Activist, building their confidence to speak up and influence the decisions that affect the future of young people’s mental health.

  • £219

£219 could train one Parents Helpline Adviser to be on the end of the phone to provide information and support to parents and carers.

The lady I spoke to really listened to my concerns, recapping what we had discussed and signposted me to additional resources. It’s a really lonely and tiring time having a child with such challenging behaviour, just speaking without judgement helped me.

Your support has never been more important.

Donate today so we can continue to offer life-changing support to those who need it, when they need it.
