That an amount of £15,000 be awarded from the Paignton allocation of the Community Infrastructure Levy Fund to Paignton Rugby Football Club Ltd towards an extension to Paignton Rugby Club to create 2 compliant changing rooms and showers, match official changing room and shower, first aid /physio room and rehab/gym space.

The applications were considered by the CiL Spend Panel on 4 December 2023 and recommendations were made to the Divisional Director of Planning, Housing and Climate Emergency.

Alternative options considered:

An alternative option would have been to refuse the application, this option was discounted as the application met the criteria for funding.

Implementation:

This decision will come into force with effect from 4 December 2023.
