Thunderbirds Charity Concert

Thunderbirds are go! An Olympic torch bearer, a multi media artist and a BBC composer get together to sing sumptuous close harmonies. 

Lorna, Abbie and Lin delight in performing a diverse range of songs, from folk to blues, jazz to pop, their beautiful voices and infectious joy lights up the room leaving audiences uplifted, included and soul nourished! Abbie is a singer songwriter having toured with the legendary Maddy Prior of “Steeleye Span” fame.  Lorna has been support to Ashley Hutchings, Martin Simpson (Guitarist)  and Lester Simpson (Of  Coope, Boyes and Simpson) She has lived near Bakewell for 22 years.

 All profits from the event will go to the local Refugee Support Group.  

Doors open at 7pm, performance begins at 7.30pm.
