Godmanchester Community Sponsorship has a vision to welcome a refugee family in late 2022. This will be our second Syrian family, the first having arrived in March 2019 and are now thriving in our local community.
We will be providing assistance with housing, schooling, English tuition, health care, benefits, learning to drive and eventually, employment. Our aim will always be to empower each individual to integrate happily and to be independent in every way.
We are working hard to raise up to £27,400 to support a family for two years.
