The questionnaire is part of the Wellbeing & Emotional Support Team's audit process, designed to collaboratively work with the school to understand the provision that is currently available and to look at how the whole school approach to mental health/wellbeing is implemented. If a particular area of need is identified in the audit, we can then work with the school to see how we are able to address this. For example, if students had lots of worries about transition, then we could run a workshop around this. The audit process allows us to gain further insight into how our team, and the school, can best support children and young people. Your answers will be anonymous.
