Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) Apprenticeships

Applications for our Operating Department Practitioner Apprenticeship course is now open, with the start date of September 2023. The apprentice programme is open for healthcare assistants and healthcare support workers in bands 2, 3 and 4. You will work as a Theatre Healthcare Assistant and receive undergraduate training at Buckinghamshire New University, which will lead to a BSc (Hons) degree in Operating Department Practice.
