COVID-19 measures have been reduced in line with current government guidance.

However, we still want to make sure that all visitors, staff and volunteers feel safe and comfortable when exploring our sites.

Visitor advice

Book tickets online in advance where possible to guarantee entry. Timed tickets ensure that visits are spread out throughout the day and capacities are managed effectively. Tickets will be available if you turn up on the day subject to availability.

Members can enjoy free and fast-track access to all our sites, although we strongly recommend booking ahead for limited capacity events such as Planetarium shows.

Be respectful of other groups and allow them space to explore the sites and galleries.

Pay by card at our shops and cafés. Protective screens will remain at our tills and contactless payments are encouraged.

Hand sanitiser stations are available throughout our museums. All toilets and facilities are open.

Please do not visit if you are displaying coronavirus symptoms. Email bookings@rmg.co.uk to rearrange your visit.
