Proposed Changes to the Police Pension Scheme – Free Webinar

We’re delighted to have worked together with our colleagues at Royal London to bring you this webinar setting out how the Government proposes ending the unlawful age discrimination in the Police Pension Scheme (the “McCloud” remedy).

By the end of this webinar you’ll have a better understanding of how the discrimination occurred, whether you’re impacted by the proposals, and if you are, and what will happen as a result.

As our webinar explains these are proposals which haven’t become law yet, certain aspects could change so do keep an eye on this site for refreshed or additional information in the coming months.

You can view the webinar at any time by completing the personal details section below and then selecting the ‘Submit’ button. You will then be sent an email to the address you have entered below. Click on the link in the email to watch the webinar.

Please note that if you’re a Police Civilian or in the Ministry of Defence Police, British Transport Police or Civil Nuclear Constabulary, although you may also be affected by the same issue, the rules of your pension scheme are different from those described in this webinar, so this session is not appropriate for you.
