I have over 13 years’ experience in handling a wide range of business finance, insolvency and commercial contact disputes.
I have developed a sector specialism in aviation-based disputes, where I regularly advise on disputes ranging from MRO, procurement, leasing and regulatory compliance.
With respect to insolvency disputes, I regularly advise on contentious corporate and personal insolvency matters, with a particular focus on court work involving office-holder claims and creditors’ security enforcement.
