This webinar is the first in our new feed your body clock webinar series. These four new webinars will be hosted by nutritionist, and ex-police officer Anna Earl, to kick off our new nutrition for wellbeing programme.

In this our first nutrition for wellbeing webinar Anna will discuss how we use food for energy.

During the session she will talk about:

  • The importance of regulating blood sugar through food choices to release fuel around the clock. To promote more consistent energy and reduce the peaks and slumps.
  • Understanding the roles of glucose and insulin in energy metabolism, and their health implications.
  • How to reduce the risk of insulin resistance, the precursor to type 2 diabetes.

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the session.
