Toque d'Or® 2023 competition - shortlist to the National Heats revealed

Following two intensive weeks of judging, we are delighted to announce the shortlist for the National Heats of Toque d’Or 2023.  

The standard of entries was extremely impressive and judging was not an easy task. We would like to extend our congratulations to all students who entered and hope to see you at future events and competitions. All of the students who entered will receive a certificate of participation.

Toque d’Or events agency YES (Your Events Solution) will get in contact with the successful candidates with more information about the National Heats, and with all lecturers to arrange the refund per student entry.

From farm to fork and bean to cup, entrants will craft pioneering, sustainably sourced menus at every stage of the competition, giving them the skills and creativity to overcome sustainability challenges in the culinary world.
