“I first met Jiten at a hospital where I was a senior manager, within 1-2 committees he chaired I felt an instance and deep gratification from staff within the room. We as a team felt heard and seen, understood and represented. Jiten was instrumental in the set up of the hospitals equality and diversity committee.
