We're delighted that our Advice Support Custody and Court service and Liaison and Diversion Service have received a national gold Lived Experience Charter status by NHS England and Career Matters 🏆 The team were recognised for their inclusivity with individuals who have lived experience and the pathways they have in place to support and develop volunteers into paid roles. Mark Arruda-Bunker, Divisional Director of Operations – Specialised, Secure and CAMHS at AWP, said: “We are extremely delighted and proud that our teams have been recognised with a gold award at the Lived Experience Charter. Launch of #WeAreAWP 🚀 Throughout April we held a variety of sessions for our 5,000 staff which focused on all the things that contribute to a positive experience at work, from an effective approach to appraisals and supervision, an organisation which celebrates achievement, to an environment which thrives on learning and improvement.
