Story

Continuing my '6 in my 60's' this is the first of 6 fitness events planned for 2024. Last week was the 'warm up' o2 Climb.

This week is an Arctic Expedition - Fatbiking, Cross Country Skiing, Snowshoeing and camping out on the ice in expedition tents...All through Norway, Finland and Sweden in temperatures as low as -25 ! Raising funds for London Ambulance Service Charity who can provide wellbeing initiatives to staff at a time when they are experiencing extreme levels of work with little to no respite.

Look out for updates on my next events:

June: 24hrs Open water Swim

July: 24hrs Dunwich Dynamo Overnight Cycle ride, London - Cardiff Cycle Ride

Sept: Row the Channel (On my rowing machine - I'm not THAT adventurous)

Please donate whatever you are able to, every penny is appreciated and goes to a good cause.

Thank you......pictures to follow ( if my fingers haven't frozen that is)
