I'm running the London Marathon and raising money for Andy's Man Club.

Andy's Man Club provides men with a safe space where they feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment.

As I'm sure is the case for many families up and down the country we've seen men in our family end their life too early and we collectively need to stop some of the stigma associated with opening up and talking with friends and others around their worries and emotions. #ItsOkayToTalk
