I am a social cyclist who really enjoys seeing parts of the countryside we miss in our hectic lives.  Actively cycling for about 5 years, my cake intake has increased to offset any potential weight loss so I still have to lump round a few extra kilos that I could have lost by now - good for down hills though.

Whilst I enjoy cycling, doing 270 miles over 3 days, about 6hrs in the saddle each day, is a real push. So please donate what you are able, knowing all money raised means more people, whom need a helping hand to get their lives back on track, get that help from the Hope Centre.
