I am taking part in the London Marathon 2022 for the personal challenge of running a marathon and for this particular charity that I have a connection with. This has been a long journey to run this marathon (originally 2020 before CV19) and I hope that I make it a worthwhile experience for both myself and my chosen charity. Running a marathon isn't easy and takes a lot of dedication to not only run the marathon but to train for it too, it is difficult physically and mentally.

My chosen charity, Compton Care, are dedicated to helping people with incurable conditions to live their best life possible and they did that with my Mother-in-law before she sadly passed away. The difference that Compton made to her final days could not be measured and that made me even more committed to wanting to give back.

Every donation to Compton makes a difference regardless of the size and we would both be thankful for your support and encouragement.
