Wound Formularies

The Hampshire Wound Formulary contains resources for GPs, practice nurses, community nurses, care home teams, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across primary care to promote effective use of dressings.

The wound formulary is a working document with input from tissue viability nursing teams, pharmacy and podiatry within acute and primary care. The Wound Formulary group meets regularly to provide a forum for the evaluation of new and current products and to document the evidence available for inclusions to the wound formulary for consideration by the Local Implementation Groups (LIGs).

Please note: The Isle of Wight have their own wound care formulary
