3 Races for Sarah

This has been a difficult one to write even though I knew within me of dedicating 3 races in Sarah's memory to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Sarah was such a kind gentle, well-mannered soul, she glided into a room with a gentle walk and warm smile. Sarah lost her brother Andy less than 2 years ago to cancer and Sarah never falter but in the end, Sarah left a wonderful loving husband Paul and a beautiful daughter Millie just 4 years old (Sarah’s carbon copy) and a loving family.

Millie just started school, with mummy in the rainbows, Sarah a guardian angel to both (Paul, Millie).

It is a very difficult one to even think about, imagine or comprehend. Sarah would have been 40 on 28th Sept 2022.

But as we know we will always find Sarah in the RAINBOWS, just the poem read on Sarah’s celebration of life.

LOOK FOR ME IN RAINBOWS

Time for me to go now, I won’t say goodbye;

Look for me in rainbows, way up in the sky.

In the morning sunrise when all the world is new,

Just wish me to be near you,

And I’ll be there with you.
