Welcome to the Sisters In Service Online Launch Event! Join us for an exciting virtual gathering where we celebrate sisterhood, service, and empowerment. This is for female veterans only.

Sisters In Service is a dedicated space for female veterans of the UK Armed Forces, Regular or Reserve, currently working in healthcare.

Our online events will feature inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, and networking opportunities over the next 12 months. Connect with like-minded female veterans working in healthcare as we come together to support each other in our personal and professional journeys. Is this event free?

Yes! You just need to log in! We will be using MS Teams, you will be emailed a link!

Do I need to prepare anything?

No! The first session will be an informal, getting to know one another. Eventually we will have guest speakers and workshops, but for now we will be networking!

I was in the Reserves a long time ago, can I still join?

Yes! Absolutely. We welcome both ex regular and reserves. The only criteria is that you are female, have a service number and you currently work in healthcare. This includes non NHS providers.

Do I need to be a veteran to attend the online event?

Yes! Whilst we value and appreciate the work of our allies working in the armed forces space, the service of a woman veteran is a unique experience. Allies can join our mailing list, and when we do host in person events, we will invite guests to some of them. We thank you for your understanding.
