About this event

Join us on this session with Aidan Kearney, BPS chartered coaching psychologist and the founder and director of Malleable Mind to gain insight into what neurodiversity actually means and what this means in terms of workplaces and practices.

What is neurodiversity:

  • Language and concepts
  • Consideration of impacts

Supporting ‘good’ work

  • What might this ask of us
  • What do we need to consider

Workplace cultures

  • Understanding and tackling stigma, prejudice and discrimination
  • Harnessing transformational leadership
  • Challenging ourselves and moving forward.

Your facilitator:

Aidan Kearney, BSc(Hons), PgDip, MSc, CPsychol, is a BPS chartered coaching psychologist and the founder and director of Malleable Mind. He specialises in equipping people, teams and organisations with insights, skills and techniques necessary to harness the enormous power of the human mind.

He uses over 25 years of the study of psychology to allow his clients to harness evidence based psychology in an accessible and entertaining way, building skill sets which enable them to navigate the challenges life throws at all of us.
