Open to all employers and employees looking to develop highly effective health and social care management.

Join us to gain an overview of the programme and details of our upcoming cohort in Manchester starting in September, and Birmingham and London cohorts starting in October.

This is a practice-focused leadership programme for senior managers and leaders that was developed with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), integrated with the NHS Leadership Academy Mary Seacole Programme.

The programme supports apprentices to apply learning in their own workplace to support Health and Social Care priorities. Projects are agreed with employers to include live, real-world health and care principles.
