Day 2: Thursday 2nd November 2023, 0930-1300

Day 3: Thursday 9th November 2023, 0930-1300

Day 4: Thursday 16th November 2023, 0930-1300

The NEL Training Hubs are delighted to offer local health and care staff the opportunity to attend the above training.

The course will introduce, evidence-based skills and strategies to i.e 1) explore people’s ambivalence to change health damaging behaviours and 2) facilitate positive lifestyle change

The course is likely to be oversubscribed so please only book on if you haven’t had MI training or last had it more than 3 years ago.

You will be required to use a working mic and cam for the course. The Zoom platform will be used for delivery
