Are you a manufacturing business who wants to find out how you can create greater energy efficiency and reduce internal costs?
Made UK reported that the average rise in energy costs amongst manufacturers has been 424 per cent since early 2021.
The event seeks to attract the following target audience within the manufacturing sector:
Business owners and/or senior staff who are seeking to explore actions and investments which could result in great energy efficiency with the goal of reducing internal costs
Business owners and/or senior staff who considering external funding support to enable the business to invest in new systems, practices, and equipment to achieve great efficiency in their energy us.
Business owners and/or senior staff who would benefit from gaining broader understanding of the energy efficiency agenda which would enable them to implement an energy management system (EnMS)
The event is in partnership with HEY Made Smarter and the HBEES team at Hull City Council.
Event programme:
The event would provide a combination of knowledge transfer / information exchange as well as opportunity to have a one-to-one session with specialist agencies. Speaks will include representatives from HBEES Programme 2, Energy Assessment specialist / Oh Yes Net Zero and Made Smarter
In the second session – is a practical session looking at developing a business action plan / risk assessment for their own businesses. Delivered by an Energy Assessment specialist
Final session will allow for individual one to one meeting can be held with those agencies who offer support packages specific to the manufacturing sector.
