Hosted by Dr Anu Kumar (a local GP and City and Hackney Clinical Lead for Patient and Public Involvement, Equality and Diversity), this is the first ever City and Hackney summit showcasing local work around reducing health inequalities.
The aim of the summit is to bring together delegates working on inequalities and with grassroots and frontline practitioners to showcase work being done to tackle health inequalities in health and wellbeing across City and Hackney. In addition to showcasing this work we hope to uncover gaps, identify opportunities for better alignment or increased impact(s), and continue to foster unified and enthusiastic working across our local system.
The event takes place on Wednesday 11 January 2023, 6pm-8.30pm at St Joseph's Hospice (Mare Street, E8 4SA).
Places are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. Please do let us know if there are any communication, access or dietary requirements you would like us to know about, by emailing cah.communications@nhs.net
