About this event

The Prevent Training Team invite Channel / PMAP Chairs and Panel members to register their interest in participating in the testing of the new training.

We would like to invite you to register for the Closed Beta testing of the new training platform which we plan to run in June - September 2022. The testing will include independently going through the training and completing a follow-up survey.

We would also like to schedule a 60 minute video call with a small number of users, during which they will complete the training and be asked some follow-up questions by our researchers instead of completing a survey.

Testing the new platform with our users is critical to help determine functionality and ensuring it meets your needs. This testing will be open to all sectors covered by the Prevent Duty. You might be:

• A Channel / PMAP chair

• A Channel / PMAP panel member that regularly attends meetings

• A new Channel / PMAP member

• A member of staff with a disability or access need

• A safeguarding lead from adult or children social services

Duration: Approximately 60 minutes which consists of completing the online training and a short follow-up survey or completing the online training with one of our researchers and a short follow-up interview. Participants who successfully complete the training will be issued with a certificate of completion.

Dates: June - September 2022

Please use this Eventbrite to register your interest, we will then be in contact if you have been successful in being chosen to undertake this testing.
