16 November – CEP Covid and Flu Vaccination Clinic – Brunssum

Please sign up below if you or a family member is eligible to receive a Covid and/or Flu vaccination as per JCVI guidelines and wishes to receive it from the Central European Practice on 16 November.

Please note – those who have already signed up to receive a Covid vaccination on this date DO NOT need to rebook – your flu vaccination will be offered to you within the already booked appointment. Please also note this offer includes child flu immunisations’
