Who are the team?
Tess Price is a Chartered Company Secretary with 15 years experience in the corporate, trust and fiduciary environment. She has a B Sc. in Economics and Financial Administration with several courses in marketing and statistics. This has provided her with deep technical expertise.
Emma Godfrey has over 15 years experience in the Jersey Hedge Funds industry and has obtained the CLT International Diploma in Fund Administration (Retail Funds). This experience together with degrees in economics and mathematics means that Emma has an in depth knowledge of the technical and analytical areas of administration.
Gemma Foulds is a Chartered Company Secretary with 15 years experience. In her previous role she was appointed as Company Secretary to various regulated Guernsey entities at a large international bank as well as being responsible for the company secretarial administration for the Jersey, Cayman, BVI, Bermuda, Hong Kong and Singapore entities. She has diverse experience covering all levels of board and committee meeting preparation, corporate governance and minute taking.
Claudette Taylor has 18 years experience in the Trust industry, most recently as Trust Manager for a large multinational bank. Within her role she was responsible for the day to day administration of a diverse range of clients with complex and bespoke structures. Claudette has obtained the Certificate in Offshore Administration and the ICSA Diploma. Her experience has meant that she has in depth technical knowledge and expertise of local legislation, regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
As an employer and service provider Virteffic has flexibility at its core, the team do not work the traditional 9-5 and can work where and when they want. This allows for greater productivity and efficiency.
