Exercise plays an essential role in our physical and mental health

This becomes even more important in later life. Regular exercise can help to improve cognitive function in older people, decrease risk of falls and improve overall wellbeing.

That’s why in 2022, we encouraged all Care UK homes to ‘get physical’ in January, and try out new, fun forms of exercise to kick off the new year.
