Advised Innovate UK on the establishment and corporate governance of Innovate UK Loans Limited.

Advising Bristol and Bath Regional Capital on the establishment of a social investment fund for regional investment in Bristol.

Advising the UKs fastest growing digital retirement platform, Embark Group throughout its growth including multiple acquisitions, key strategic partnerships and joint ventures and fundraisings (most recently the raising of circa £90m of capital from significant institutional investors including Blackrock, Legg Mason, Merian Chrysalis and Franklin Templeton) and in relation to the recently announced exit to Lloyds Banking Group for c. £390m.

Advised Legatics on its recent growth financing investment from Mobeus.

Advised Callens Lenz on its recent growth financing investment from Foresight.

Advised for Parsley Box on two funding rounds including the £3m equity investment by Mobeus.

Advising venture backed health tech business PlaqueTec Limited in relation to multiple fundraisings and corporate governance matters.

Advising Play Sports Network Limited on a series of funding rounds enabling the company to develop its rapidly growing YouTube sports channel, including most recently on the investment into the group by Discovery.

Advising shareholders of the Shepherds Friendly Society in connection with an investment by Mavern Capital Partners and NVM Private Equity.

Advising payment services start-up Ordo (Smart Request Company Limited) in relation to an investment to NBS Ventures Limited (the venture arm of Nationwide Building Society).

Advised battery storage and electric transport business Zenobe Energy on all aspects of the development of the business through from it being an idea of the three founders to it becoming a significant business of 30-plus employees.

Advised India-focused financial serviced business Reevoy Capital on Its seed funding round.

Advised BGF in relation to multiple investments including most recently in relation to its investment into OffPiste Wines Limited.

Advised Scottish Enterprise on its follow on equity investments into various technology companies including SnapDragon Monitoring Limited, Neurocentrx Pharma Limited and Instastock Limited alongside established venture capital investors such as Equity Gap and Gabriel Investments.

Advising Fern Trading Limited (advised by Octopus) in relation to the acquisition of multiple fibre to the premises installation companies, including the provision of up over £400m of further funding.

Advising US based venture fund CRE Ventures on its series seed investment into African focused health tech business, Baobab Circle.

Advising German-listed corporate Infineon on its series D investment in XMOS Limited, a leading supplier of voice & audio solutions.

Advised Osaka Gas in relation to its strategic investment into challenger energy supplier, Igloo Energy.

Advised Tiger Infrastructure Partners on its investment in Stellium Data Centres (operator of one of the largest purpose built data centres in the UK).

Advising venture capital fund Ipex Capital on all aspects of its fund formation, governance and investments.

Advising a consortium of UK and International investors in relation to National Security Tech Company Excession Technologies Series A fundraising and subsequent fundraisings.

Advising Nutritics on a strategic technology licensing agreement with a major customer and its recent acquisition of Ten Kites Limited.
