Really impressed with the team at Broster. They spent time understanding what type of candidate we were after, not only experience but also cultural fit and alignment. The slate of candidates was pulled together quickly and was of a high standard. We were able to complete the appointment from initial discussions to acceptance of the offer within a short time window.
