Shipping Information
Your order will be posted via Royal Mail second class post. All orders are shipped using eco-packaging or packaging reused from our own deliveries.
All shipping prices shown are for the UK only. If you are outside of the UK and would like to make a purchase, then please get in touch via info@venturearts.org so that we can calculate shipping costs for you.
Returns Information
We hope that you love your purchase from the Venture Arts shop!
If you have any issues with your order, then please note that we have a 30-day return policy. If you’d like to return an item, then please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start the returns process, please contact us at info@venturearts.org to let us know of any issues (such as a damaged or incorrect item). Items to be returned need to be sent to our studio (Venture Arts, 43 Old Birley Street, Hulme, M15 5RF) and must be received in the same condition that you received the item.
Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the items until they reach us, so you may wish to use a recorded shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, then we will refund you along with the original postage paid or arrange to send out a replacement item (depending on what we have discussed with you).
Refunds will be made to via your original payment method and may take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank / card provider.
