So useful for myself, friends and family

Really can’t rate this app highly enough for content, design and simplicity. I’ve found the guides and videos so easy to learn from and it’s saved me a load of time sharing new and upcoming known scams with family members to help educate them!

HSBC Cyber crime app

I am pleased that the HSBC bank care about their customers, and of course their own finances by making their customers aware of the ways of being tricked Into transferring your money into another account belonging to the criminal. Worth having the information on hand.

Let down by lack of updates

There is a need for this type of app and it could be extremely useful but although the news section has had a recent update, the last alert message was in August.

Either the cyber criminal Community have been exceptionally quiet or the app isn’t being properly updated - the latter actually makes it a threat as people will be lulled into a false sense of security.

Either update it in real time or pull it from the store and don’t bother.
