Getting Ready for Transition (GReaT) Group Parent Workshop

We would like to invite you to our Getting Ready for Transition to Secondary School parent workshop, which will take place on Tuesday 31st January 2023 from 10:30am-12:30pm.

This workshop will be taking place online via Zoom video conferencing. You will receive details of how to access the Zoom via the email address you use when signing up on this Eventbrite.

The session will include:

• A chance to hear from the Diabetes team about preparations for secondary school
• Time to discuss hopes, concerns and how you have prepared for secondary school with other parents and members of the Diabetes team
• A chance to share ideas and strategies for managing the challenges during this period.

This workshop is open to all parents/carers of young people in Year 6 under the care of the UCLH Paediatric Diabetes team.

Please note that this is a PARENT ONLY workshop - and children are not expected to attend this session.
