We're really excited that you're keen to get stuck in to your own DofE adventure!

Please complete all the registration details below, and then select the ticket linked to your local DofE Base. If there is no ticket option for your local DofE base this means all initially allocated places for that base are full. Please select the "waiting list" ticket and we will get in touch with you after the booking deadline to confirm whether spaces are available.

Please ensure you have booked a place no later than Monday 7th June, at which point we will offer spaces allocated to other bases to those on the waiting list.

This form will act as the initial registration form. At a later date we will send out a detailed medical form and any other documentation to those who sign up.
