Our two mental health Trusts are developing a Strategy for working together – a plan for what we want to improve over the next five years, and how we are going to achieve this. This survey is your opportunity to have your say on what we should change, moving forward.

Before completing the survey, please read the draft version of the Strategy, which is attached to the email you have received. This explains what we are trying to achieve. Your responses to the survey will shape the final version.
