We are immensely proud to see that the work of two St Philips Barristers concerning the preparation of electronic court bundles, has again been highlighted in the latest guidance issued by Senior Presiding Judge, Lord Justice Haddon-Cave, President of the Family Division, Sir Andrew Mcfarlane and the Judge-in-charge of Live Services, Mr Justice Johnson.

Early in lockdown, Rob Mundy and Ali Tabari from our Business & Property Group, produced a video guide on “Creating and using electronic hearing bundles” and made it available for free on our YouTube channel.  The video, which has since been updated in 2021 and viewed nearly 20,000 times, was picked up by the judiciary and has again been cited as a go-to resource in their updated “General Guidance on PDF Bundles”, issued to all members of the judiciary earlier his month.

This general guidance is intended to ensure a level of consistency in the provision of electronic bundles for court hearings (but not tribunal hearings) in a format that promotes the efficient preparation for, and management of, a hearing.
