One-to-One

The ever-increasing cost of living is causing significant challenges, which is why our friendly team of Community Connectors is here to provide comprehensive one-to-one in-person support to assist with a wide range of issues. We can help with understanding budgeting, finding work, support with digital skills, improving health and wellbeing, benefits calculations, housing support, and much more.

Finding Work

We can support you getting closer to the labour market, including creating a CV and cover letter, interview techniques, job applications, and finding volunteering opportunities

Household Budgeting

Our team can support you with practical budgeting skills to help you manage your money and feel more in control of your finances, as well as helping you manage your bills.

 

 

Health and Wellbeing

Making positive lifestyle changes can seem daunting but our friendly team can guide you towards a healthier lifestyle and support you to make long-term changes

Digital Skills

Improving your digital skills can build your confidence in using technology for work, learning, shopping, banking, booking appointments, keeping in touch with friends and family, and many other aspects of daily life.

We’re here to assist you develop your digital skills and gaining access to the internet, empowering you to thrive in the digital age.

Understanding and applying for benefits can seem overwhelming. We can help to simplify the process and support you in carrying out a benefits calculation to claim what you are entitled to.

Secure, affordable housing is essential. We can provide guidance on housing-related matters and working in partnership with Porchlight to address health inequalities linked with poor housing.

More people than ever are being affected by the current cost of living crisis. Increasing living costs and lack of access to essential goods and services can have a significant detrimental impact on health and wellbeing. Our friendly team of Community Connectors are here to provide comprehensive support to anyone living in east Kent to assist with a wide range of issues, including help with financial stability, finding work, support with digital skills, access to healthy food, help with paying bills and much more.
We welcome referrals from all organisations and services who are working with people that would benefit from our support.
