The Bennetts British Superbike Championship Showdown blasts into life at Oulton Park this September, as the final chase for the 2022 title begins with a triple-header on the International circuit.
Eight riders remain in the hunt for the crown, with Bradley Ray leading the way following a stellar season thus far, his best to date in Bennetts BSB. Others in contention include Australia’s Jason O’Halloran, who is hoping to make amends for his Showdown disappointment last season and reigning champion Tarran Mackenzie who is back at his best following an injury earlier in the year. Glenn Irwin, Lee Jackson, Kyle Ryde, Rory Skinner and Tommy Bridewell complete this year’s Showdown line-up.
The grid will also feature big names like former champions Josh Brookes and Leon Haslam plus fan favourite Peter Hickman and 2013 World Superbike Champion Tom Sykes, all of whom will be aiming to end the season on a high. The first Bennetts BSB race will take place on Saturday after qualifying ahead of a double dose of headline entertainment on Sunday.
The meeting will also feature a full support race programme with an eBay pit walk on Sunday where fans can meet the riders.

This is one of the best overtaking spots on the circuit, so expect plenty of drama as you'll frequently see two competitors fighting to squeeze into a space big enough just for one!

The ideal place to watch the first lap of a race, Old Hall provides all of the high drama and tension of the start as the field jostles for position. Located at the end of a long straight, it's also the scene of overtaking attempts as the event progresses. Oulton Park's adventure playground features a motorsport theme, with equipment for children of all ages from toddler to 14. There are climbing frames, swings and more which will keep children busy and entertained throughout the day!
A vast trade area will be in operation all weekend, with dealers and manufacturers represented, plus championship partners and stalls selling parts, accessories and rider and team merchandise.

You can select your preference when booking tickets online - will will also have the option to upgrade to a reserved pitch.

You can choose from unreserved camping at Oulton Park, or you can reserve a pitch in advance. Pitches are generously sized and yours for the duration of the event; choose your preferred location and don't worry about having to rush to secure a good spot.

There are three different pitch types available on the Oulton Park campsite:
Trackside Pitch (£59) - Allows views of the racetrack and a guaranteed space (8m x 7m, including vehicle(s)). The ‘General’ camping rules on noise will apply. Vehicles longer than 7m will not be permitted to enter.
Reserved Pitch (£25) - A guaranteed space (8m x 7m, including vehicle(s)), with a maximum of six people. Ideal for caravans/larger parties. Available in both the 'General' and 'Quiet' campsites.
RV/Motorhome Zone (£50) - Can accommodate RVs or Motorhomes more than 7m in length (only). The ‘General’ camping rules on noise will apply.

The campsite opens at midday on the day before the event, and closes at midday on the day after the event has finished. Please note - facilities will be provided in full during this time.
You are welcome to bring your car or bike onto the campsite with you. Please head to East Gate entrance on arrival, and you will be directed to the campsite and issued with a wristband.
There is no shop located on the campsite, but there are supermarkets nearby, including a Co-Op in Tarporley, and our circuit restaurant will be serving hot food, snacks and drinks.
BBQs are permitted as long as they are raised off the ground, but fires are not permitted. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol too.
Animals are not permitted anywhere on site at Oulton Park (except Guide/Assistance dogs), including the campsite.
The campsite will offer full facilities for the duration of its operating hours, including toilets, showers and drinking water standpipes.
The toilets are cleaned and emptied throughout the weekend. Please help us by keeping them clean and tidy.
Please do not use the surrounding woods or bushes. If you are found doing so, you may be ejected from the campsite and your wristband will be confiscated.
There are hot showers located on the campsite. Please be aware that the queues can be long at peak times.
There are plenty of bins provided, which are emptied during the weekend. Bin bags are provided at the campsite entrance.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner is available in our permanent Chequers Restaurant inside the circuit.
Please note - there are no electrical hook-ups available
There will be live music or a disco in the Chequers Restaurant marquee on evenings during the event. Additional evening entertainment will be confirmed nearer the time.
The Quiet and General campsites are both located to the east of the circuit, behind the first corner, via East Gate entrance.
We work extremely hard to keep our site secure. We have a team of security guards patrolling our campsite 24 hours a day, in addition to our other campsite staff including fire and medical teams. Nevertheless, thieves have been known to operate in the area, so we highly recommend keeping your valuables safe at all times, either by locking them in your car, or keeping them on your person.
MSV will accept no responsibility for loss or damage sustained to these items.

Please keep noise to a minimum after 21:00 in the Quiet campsite area, and 23:30 in the General area. This includes the use of generators wherever possible, particularly if they are portable external units. Any campers that persist in making excessive noise after this time may be evicted from the campsite without refund of ticket fees, or even banned from the venue permanently in extreme cases.
Road-registered vehicles are permitted within the campsites, but scooters and mini-motos are not permitted. Please be considerate of others and keep vehicle movement to a minimum. Sleeping in vans is not advised.
Campers under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an appropriate adult.
Strictly no animals are allowed on site at any time, however Guide/Assistance dogs are permitted when pre-arranged with the venue.
Open fires are not permitted on the campsite (no wood burning). Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground. Please dispose of coals and single use barbecues (once cool) in the metal bins provided.
Never leave a hot stove or barbeque unattended. Keep roadways and fire lanes clear at all times. Store fuel and generators away from ignition sources. Fire extinguishers are located at various fire points around the campsite. Use only in an emergency and raise the alarm immediately.
The campsite speed limit is 10mph. Only drive if strictly necessary and watch for children.
Secure tents and gazebos carefully - always prepare for high winds!
Never use a portable barbeque or gas burner inside a tent, awning or enclosed space (for cooking, or heating when cold). A cooling barbeque can also give off poisonous gas.
Never run a generator inside a tent, awning or confined space. Consider purchasing a Carbon Monoxide alarm and use it inside your caravan or motor home if running an installed gas appliance.
Always check your gas cylinder for damage before using. Maintain good ventilation when using portable gas (remember to use it outside only).
Never smoke near any gas cylinder and keep all ignition sources away.
For everyone's safety and enjoyment, the following are prohibited from our campsite:
Visitors to events at all four MSV circuits can benefit from the use of free WiFi.
The service can be accessed from the pit garages and spectator grandstands at Brands Hatch, Snetterton and Oulton Park, plus venue restaurants (including Cadwell Park). This scale of coverage is unprecedented amongst UK motorsport venues.
To access the facility, provided free-of-charge via the Purple WiFi portal, users simply select MSV-HOTSPOT-WIFI from their smartphone, tablet or PC and log in using their Facebook or email address details.
This free service is also available throughout the week, incorporating trackdays and testing in addition to weekend race events.
For fans riding to the event, there will be a helmet and leather park located adjacent to the bike park-to-venue walkway, inside the main bike park. The facility is to be available from 7.30am till 6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

There is a dedicated parking and viewing area for our disabled guests on the inside of Knickerbrook corner. For access please follow signs for public parking, then directions for label holders. Please ensure a blue badge is clearly displayed and visible to traffic marshals and await direction.
Yes, a baby changing facility can be found in our Chequers Bar and Restaurant near the paddock entrance.

Yes, you can buy tickets on the gate at all our race meetings, by cash or card payment.
All tickets are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, meaning a signature is required. In the rare instance that your tickets have not arrived in time you will need to purchase them at the gate price and obtain a refund after the event by returning the gate ticket stubs and your original tickets to the ticket office at the address below:

The ticketholder shall only be entitled to a refund or exchange (at MSV's election) if an event is cancelled in its entirety prior to its commencement for reasons that are within our reasonable control. Event tickets may not be sold, resold, donated, transferred or in any way disposed of without prior written permission from MSV.
