The Living Well Service is built on the principles of listening to communities and meeting their needs by bringing the right services to them.

The service, delivered by Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, operates on a fully drop in basis and provides flu immunisations, health checks and wider wellbeing guidance at the heart of communities.

The Living Well service will offer routine UK immunisations to eligible individuals of all ages.

Spring COVID-19 immunisation

The Living Well service will be delivering the Spring COVID-19 immunisation from 22 April – 30 June.

Protection against COVID-19 (either from catching the virus or from a previous immunisation) can fade over time and the virus can change so if you are at higher risk of severe illness it is important that you top up your protection.

Please check eligibility for getting immunised:

adults aged 75 years and over
residents in care homes for older adults
individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed

All activity is recorded and shared with your GP, ensuring ongoing understanding and support for your health is in place.

The mobile health and wellbeing service was recently a finalist and highly commended in the Estates Optimisation Project of the Year at the HSJ Partnership Awards 2023 in recognition of its achievements to date addressing key health inequalities.
