  • About

Thanks to the tremendous support from the local community, our emergency appeal has supported local community groups with over 110 grants to the value of over £500,000. Projects ranging from delivery of essential food items to provision of mental health support through counselling or encouraging a variety of activities. You can view the grants awarded HERE. The community, voluntary and cultural sector (VCCS) has been vital during the initial lockdown, supporting the most vulnerable in our society.

The next stage of our appeal is to provide sustainable funding to support local VCCS organisations to recover from the impact of the Coronavirus pandemic. The funding will support costs including loss of generated income, core costs, unplanned costs and adapting to new ways of providing support and delivery vital services.

If you are a group looking for funding or want to know more details of the criteria you can find them HERE.

Your support will help these local groups so vital in the lockdown get back on their feet and support them to continue their vital work in our local communities, helping people in need.

If you are eligible to gift aid your kind donation, please remember to do so as it will make your donations go further.

Please give now.

Thank you for your generosity and for supporting your local community at this critical time.
