This three-week course brought to you by the Leadership for Personalised Care team has been developed via the FutureLearn platform. It will give you an introduction to the meaning and importance of personalised care and equip you with the tools you need to be an effective leader.
A free upgrade for this course is available for eligible NHS-affiliated staff and students on placement.
We really appreciate the input and contribution of all participants from all over the world, which is why this course is free to access for anyone, anywhere for three weeks. But as an extra benefit to those working in a health and care role in the UK, a free upgrade for this course is available, providing you more time to complete and a certificate on completion. The free upgrade for this course is available for eligible NHS-affiliated staff and students on placement, with thanks to a partnership we have with FutureLearn. This online module was developed for junior doctors but is suitable for clinical and non-clinical staff early in their careers. It covers the principles of personalised care and its relevance to day-to-day practice and local healthcare systems.

We are recruiting now to our new series of masterclasses, brought to you as a partnership between the South East Leadership Academy and experts from the Leadership for Personalised Care programme.
They are designed to complement our popular ‘Introduction to Leadership for Personalised Care’ course on FutureLearn and will be live sessions via Zoom that will give learners the chance to ask questions, connect with others and deepen their learning.
