Under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, statutory First Responders have a duty to notify the Home Office if they encounter a victim of modern slavery.

Join us for an informative 1 hour session with the Medaille Trust tailored specifically for First Responders, where you will gain invaluable insights into the considerations and best practices for effectively identifying victims of modern slavery. The session will cover common indicators, circumstantial evidence, and the importance of adopting a victim-centered approach in your interactions with individuals who may be victims of modern slavery.

This session is online only, hosted by the Human Trafficking Foundation as part of a series of sessions aiming to build the capacity of the modern slavery sector.
