If you need to arrange a repair on your wheelchair, you can call the service on 0808 175 3969 at any time. We will carry out repairs at your home address (or primary place of use) wherever possible.
Routine repairs will typically be carried out within three days, unless we agree a different timescale with you. Emergency repairs will be completed within 24 hours of the request.
You can call us at any time, even outside of our usual business hours (8am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday). If you call outside of business hours, your repair request will be passed on to our duty field service engineer. If your repair request is an emergency, we will call you back within four hours.
The emergency repair service is intended to support you within your home only. We may be able to help you if you have broken down at another location but this is not always possible. You may also need to get yourself home, with help from a friend, carer or via public transport.
