Current product transfer rates

Our product transfer rates are bespoke to your client so you won't be able to find them on any sourcing systems, you'll need to log on to our online mortgage transfer service.

New deals are available online for your clients whose current deal ends before the completion deadline of our on-sale product transfer range. They’ll first become eligible just over 6 months before their current deal ends. Or if they’re already on our Standard Variable Rate, Follow-on Rate, or a deal with no ERC.

To help you identify what rates could be available, we've added our current product transfer rates at the top of this page under the 'Download our latest rates' heading.

Viewing product transfer rates while a product is pending

If your client has already accepted their offer and there is at least 14 days before the start date of the new deal, you can view our current available product transfer rates when you log on. If your client would like to cancel their current deal, and proceed with a new rate, please follow our cancellation process.
