Gravity Media partners with Dubai’s 7 Production for World Cup facilities

Gravity Media has teamed up with with Dubai’s 7 Production to provide outside broadcast facilities for international rights and non-rights holders for the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar in November.

Both companies will offer the use of 4K and HD truck-based facilities including ‘Suhail’, Gravity Media’s six-camera HD OB vehicle with DSNG capability as well international and local crew.

7 Production claims to have the largest independent fleet of outside broadcast trucks and specialist equipment within the MENA region. The company’s client portfolio includes the AFC Asian Cup, MBC Formula 1 coverage for the Middle East, The Dakar Rally, and Top Chef Arabia.

Gravity Media has provided broadcast solutions at the 2002, 2006, 2010, 2014 and 2018 World Cups.

Gravity Media will also work out of its Doha office, which was launched in 2007. Since then, Gravity Media has delivered projects for local clients including beIN Sports, Al Jazeera Media Network, Qatar Television, Aspire Zone and the Qatar National Olympic Committee.
