Sarah has a wealth of experience recruiting and developing key talent across both private (start up and corporate) and public sector covering digital and technology executive roles.

She has a track record of delivering high profile roles at speed without compromise on quality, with her genuine passion and commitment to serving her clients and candidates. Be it infrastructure to architecture, data to cyber, service design to portfolio management, Sarah has hired executives and new teams up to C-level and non-Exec that drive large scale transformation across the private (start up and corporate) and public sectors.

She takes pride in ensuring the workforce of today reflects that of our society and regularly challenges and advises the tech industry on the power of diversity whilst being on the front-line affecting change through delivery of successful diverse shortlists and placements.

Sarah sits on Tech London Advocates Advisory Board, the Diversity Committee for Founders4Schools and the Founding Steering Group for the Tech Talent Charter. Sarah has also served on the SMB Commission for the London Borough of Croydon in addition to the Advisory Board for the Good Employment Charter.

Sarah is the founder & lead of the UK’s largest women in tech working group (Tech London Advocates Women in Tech) that accelerates opportunities for women through a range of initiatives whilst driving positive action for inclusion in the global tech industry.
