GM Workforce Bank Survey
Greater Manchester workforce team would like to understand your experiences of using the 'Flexible Pools' bank, also know as the GM Workforce bank.
From 2020-2022 GM commissioned Lantum to deliver this function and recently have been working with GM Federation to develop and offer a GP bank. 
We are keen to understand what functions you need a bank to support, what is working well, what needs to improve and what other tools/suppliers you use to access and deploy sessional staff.
