Dorset Mind runs mental health support services for young people aged 11-25yrs this includes group support as well as 1-2-1 support such as counselling:

This service has recently come to the end of a project in which it has gone by the name 'Dorset Mind Your Head'.
We would like your feedback to help us decide what to call this service and the direction of our social media strategy.
The aims of our social channels are to advertise our CYP services as well as give young people helpful guidance and tips to support their wellbeing and mental health.
